In the information age,the surge in knowledge resources has stimulated the demand for online teaching platforms to support more scientific and comprehensive resource pools and perfect information services.Therefore,increasing the management and organization of network resources has become the first place in the construction of online teaching platforms.The management and organization of network resources must consider the service and management of knowledge,so the library's knowledge service system will enter the research field.Secondly,the construction of smart campus puts forward the need for the integration and integration of different systems in the digital campus,especially the digital library and online learning platform for teaching.While developing its own information service function,the library began to expand the teaching support service function.And while enriching the teaching support function,the online learning platform is also increasing the service functions of providing resources and information support for the curriculum and teachers and students.From the perspective of the development of the times and the actual conditions,it is necessary to integrate the knowledge service system provided by the library into the resource environment construction of the online teaching platform.Based on the ubiquitous learning environment,the resource environment construction of the online teaching platform for knowledge services emphasizes the learner's main position and pursues the resource service and resource pool construction for the learner's actual needs.Based on the constructivist learning theory,the connected learning theory,and the cognitive load theory,the research conducts resource organization optimization research on online teaching platform for knowledge services.Firstly,the research analyzes that the library's knowledge service system and the online teaching platform function are becoming more and more integrated,and thus the four major elements of integration of the two are integrated: learners,teachers,supporters and knowledge content;Secondly,the design principle of the resource organization optimization model of the online teaching platform for knowledge service is determined,that is,the integration of the two is embodied in the resource environment and the teaching process;Thirdly,analyze the two influencing factors of the environment and behavioral participants of the research model.Fourthly,study the design of the three learning models to guide the model framework with "AModel of Online Learning,Modeling Personalized Learning on MOOC,Social Networking Learning Model based on Sakai".Finally,the construction of resource organization optimization model for online teaching platform for knowledge service is carried out.This model aims to improve the quality of online teaching by building a resource environment that is oriented to the actual needs of learners.Due to the limitations of current technology,the researcher created the teaching resource library of the"Multimedia Technology" course,and selected the Scratch Teaching Chapter in the course to carry out model utility verification and information data collection.The experiment designed the four teaching stages of previewing,explaining,practicing and reflecting.Through the teachers,the students' learning needs at different stages of the students were obtained and fed back to the assistants.After the assistant integrates the knowledge content of the course resource library,he performs the push service of the course resources according to the learner's needs.The research based on the Technolgy Acceptance Model designed the collection of experimental data from the four dimensions of "perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,curriculum satisfaction,and learning interaction”.Through the analysis of teacher and student feedback and the actual learning outcomes of students,the form of interaction can strengthen the connection between learners,teachers,assistants and knowledge content.Therefore,while building a curriculum resource library oriented by learners' needs,it can not only improve learners' course learning satisfaction,but also effectively improve learners' online learning participation and improve online teaching quality.This also shows that the application of the research model plays an important role in optimizing the learning of learners,and validates the positive role of the practical application of the resource organization optimization model of the online teaching platform of knowledge services.
