Colleges and universities are the most active places for the acquisition,dissemination,application and creation of knowledge.Especially in the context of "improving the strength of China's higher education social services to promote social development and innovation ",promoting the effective transfer of knowledge from higher education through knowledge service is not only a crucial part of higher education social service,but also the key to achieving innovative social development driven.Based on open innovation,responsible innovation and resource dependence theory,this paper constructs a higher education knowledge service model based on interactive innovation through literature research,case study and other methods,and further analyzes how external resources can promote this model.First of all,colleges and universities knowledge service based on interactive innovation regards the supply and demand sides as a whole when they engage in knowledge service activities.Through knowledge sharing,task sharing,and value creation,the knowledge is systematically collected,stored,transmitted,created and applied which can meet specific needs.Secondly,to maintain the continuity of interaction and reflect the systemic and regularity of knowledge service,this study constructs an interactive innovation model of knowledge service in colleges and universities.This model includes a three-tiered architecture of strategic,process,and capability.Among them,the strategic layer leads the development direction of interactive innovation of knowledge services in colleges and universities through strategic selection,planning and implementation of certain content.The process layer promotes the development of knowledge and the delivery of services through the stages of gestation,creation,application and retention of knowledge services.The capability layer supports the whole process of knowledge service by two dimensions of capabilities,which are basic knowledge production capacity,and collaborative service application capability.Third,it is proposes that the interactive innovation of colleges and universities knowledge services must also obtain resources from the external environment.Such external resources include knowledge,capital,marketing,technology,and institutions,and such resources are mainly from supply entities such as government,knowledge service intermediaries,and competitors.
