Study On Countermeasures Of Vocational Guidance In Hubei Vocational Colleges

Career planning can help students understand themselves, excavate potential, and actively improves their own quality, thus laying the foundation for the future success of career. It is necessary for higher vocational colleges to carry out vocational guidance. it is not only the "people-oriented" education requirements, but also helpful for the comprehensive development of students, alleviating the problem of employment. Therefore, to search out a suitable working model for China's higher vocational colleges of career guidance is of important theoretical and practical value.This paper defines the connotation of vocational guidance, discusses the typical vocational guidance theories, such as career choice, career development and career management theory, summarizes the practical experience of vocational guidance work at home and abroad, describes the principles and procedures of vocational high school students'career planning.In order to better understand the current status of vocational guidance in higher vocational colleges, this paper launched an investigation in the form of questionnaires and interviews into the situation of vocational guidance in eight of Hubei vocational colleges. It can help understand the students'evaluation of career guidance curriculum, demand and their awareness and ability levels of career planning. Based on the analysis of data, this paper tries to find out the current problems and shortcomings in vocational guidance work. For the existing problems, combining with theory research, this paper presents comprehensive and systematic solutions from three different aspects of the school, teaching and students:1. The school will establish the total employees involved vocational guidance work system, and carry out the entire guide mechanism and departments cooperation mechanism and students' vocational exploring mechanism, build a professional career guidance teachers team, and strengthen employment information construction; 2.the vocational guidance teachers will work out well-developed career guidance curriculum design from the request of the actual conditions, implement modular courses, process-based assessment, and teaching of differentiation, and combining professional evaluation, offer personalized counseling; 3. Vocational college students should raise their consciousness, early plan their careers and do occupational explorationThis study hope to provide some beneficial references for the government education administrative department, the higher vocational colleges, higher vocational college students and so on, and help the higher vocational college vocational guidance work in the true sense.
