Under the influence of employment system reform, college enrollment expansion, thefinancial crisis and other factors, the pressure of employment of college graduates isincreasingly prominent. Employment guidance and services for high vocational collegestudents is becoming more urgent.Acted as a rich feast for employment guidance service,employment guidance course has a large coverage and impact, whose effectiveness affects thequality of employment guidance service directly. So how to effectively implement theemployment guidance education to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching hasbecome a primary task for employment guidance educators to solve.The aim of the thesis lies as follows:Through the investigation and analysis, the authorhopes to comprehensively understand the current situation of employment guidance course ofhigh vocational colleges,analyze problems and causes of employment guidance courses,explore reasons of lack of effectiveness, clarify the value orientation of employment guidancecourses of vocational colleges from the perspective of practice, set up curriculums accordingto the needs of students and business, explore the teaching organization form of employmentguidance courses which is suitable for the characteristics of vocational college teachersresources.Through research and summary of employment guidance curriculums, from domesticand international perspectives, I find, the occupation career development theory in foreigncountries is more matured, the curriculum and organization form are more diversified, flexible,interactive and emphasize personality. Employment guidance courses in china of highvocational colleges has a short history, so the curriculums lack effectiveness, the teachingmethod is single, teaching staff is uneven and we lack practical solution methods to solveexisting problems.The thesis takes10high vocational colleges in Hebei province as a sample, investigatessituations of courses of employment guidance, teachers and the needs for such curriculums ofstudents to explore the causes of poor efficiency of teaching. Now, vocational colleges havefully opened such curriculums. Some colleges guides students in whole process, sets up thesystem of curriculums and teachers staff, provides a certain help for students vocationaldevelopment. But these courses emphasize theory more and there exists big gap betweenstudents needs. All these factors lead to inefficiency of teaching.The thesis conducts research of courses value orientation, teaching strategy and factors of teachers from the perspective of teaching practice, combines with social and economicdevelopment, national polices and regulations, social occupation changes and individualneeds of students to help students learn to study,makes a scientific planning of life using theoccupation career development theory, leads the students to understand the nationalemployment situation and employment policy, masters labor market trends, understands thecharacteristics of the development stage of the occupation of professional jobs, pays attentionto develop good habits and occupation occupation consciousness, establishes a positive andcorrect work values, and adapts to the society, the enterprise’s core value concept. In"experience teaching" as the leadership, take the activity as a carrier, the creation ofmeaningful teaching situation, lets the student in the real teaching situation in experience,perception, inquiry, the effective integration of reception learning and inquiry learning, letstudents explore in accepting, accepting learning in inquiry, teachers focus on autonomousand cooperative learning teaching environment, the cultivation of students’ autonomouslearning ability and communication, coordination ability, correctly handle the relationshipbetween subjectivity and dominant, teachers play a leading role, control classroom teachingbehavior, fully tap the teacher in the classroom teaching tact, will be in the classroom"accident" is generated as the teaching resources, the use of standardized curriculumevaluation scale, evaluation process evaluation and result combination, realization of multisubject evaluation, promote Vocational Colleges Teachers’ professional level to ensure theeffective implementation of employment guidance teaching.
