In recent years, China's non-academic training industry has been developing rapidly and plays an increasingly important role in building a life-long educational platform to enhance the overall quality of the citizens and employees. As the main base for cultivating national talents, universities have a solid foundation in the dissemination of knowledge and in increasing the overall quality of the public. At the same time, universities have been playing an important role in promoting continuing education and lifelong education, especially in the intermediate level and high level training.Service to the society is an important manifestation of the value of modern universities. Accordingly, a famous university of this city has been targeting this opportunity and developed a plan of "Serve the country's overall strategy, serve the overall objective of the university, expand the university's outreach, and support the building of a first-class university ". Furthermore, this university will always adhere to the guiding principle of "Win support from service and develop from contribution. In order to firmly implement the principle, this university demands that the non-academic training be able to target major national needs and social urgent needs, stick to the educational principles of high standards and strict requirements, and has entrusted the Y college as the practical platform to actively explore and create a new business model with a collection of "layered, scientific, standardized, and efficient".This Institute will be a training branding as a case for Y College should choose the self-project as a major breakthrough in this problem, the establishment of the team model. The use of strategic management, project evaluation and project management theory to analyze the training related to product positioning and assessment, focusing on how the product positioning, market demand, industry advantages, risk control, to identify and select the appropriate training product strategy, development plans and reasonable steps to promote the project. Focus on the actual operation of various problems existing in the process, reasons and suggestions for improvement and measures.
