With the development of the time and, the popularization of high school and the higher requirements of the Curriculum Standards, many students have difficulty in studying, especially in mathematics. I teach in a three-star school, where students'basic knowledge, studying habits and abilities are not good enough. Students of Flight Attendant classes are even weaker. They will be flight attendants in the future, which meets the shortage of the very talents. It is important and necessary to help them complete the study of basic mathematics.Firstly, do deep research on flight attendant students who are weak in mathematics with the help of data studies, conversation and case studies to analyse their base knowledge, learning abilities, environment, families, subject characters. Meanwhile, do research on objective causes of their difficulties.Secondly, combining with cases of teaching and education, do research on students'psychology. Comparing with the cases of the students who are good at mathematics, try to find the proper methods which students adapt to. Do research on students'learning methods and teachers'believes to reveal subjective causes of their difficulties.Thirdly, do research on the strategy of how to make students improve.Though it mainly studies the problems of flight attendant students, I also hope others could draw inspiration from the thesis to reduce the number of students who are weak in mathematics. It will make it more meaningful to teach and learn mathematics in flight attendant classes.
