| Alleviating the job burnout of civil aviation flight attendants is not only an important guarantee for safe flight and comfortable travel for passengers,but also the key to improve the service quality of civil aviation flight attendants,reduce talent wastage and alleviate work pressure.The values,professionalism and practicality of social work can help flight attendants alleviate job burnout in a more comprehensive way.The author uses the method of social work case intervention to carry out qualitative research,observe the performance of job burnout of service objects,analyze the causes and summarize the service process,in order to put forward the intervention scheme of social work cases involved in the job burnout of civil aviation flight attendants,broaden the intervention ideas,and find the intervention problems,so as to more accurately and efficiently alleviate the job burnout pressure of the professionals.The three clients of this study were selected from the same airline.In the process of service,the MBI-GS burnout scale is used as the quantitative standard of pre-and post-test,combined with the interview,the specific performance of job burnout is analyzed,and the needs assessment and process assessment are used as evidence of the intervention effect to clarify the service effectiveness.Over the past six months,the job burnout of the three clients has been significantly alleviated,and their work and life conditions have also reached expectations.The author has also gained a lot in the process of service and research.firstly,three types of job burnout are summarized from two aspects of performance characteristics and forming factors,including social environment inappropriate job burnout,irrational belief job burnout and supporting network missing job burnout.Secondly,it expounds the three advantages of social workers’ intervention in civil aviation flight attendants’ job burnout,that is,high efficiency and obvious effect,convenient and true access to information,and being able to make use of the environment to comprehensively analyze the problem;finally,it puts forward some suggestions to alleviate job burnout,that is,when intervening,we should pay attention to the living environment of flight attendants and check whether the service object has irrational beliefs.This study attempts to use multi-line parallel intervention service method,which can not only ensure the integration of service in the problem of job burnout,but also reflect the differences of service objects;intervene in different types from different perspectives,so as to accurately alleviate the problem of job burnout of flight attendants;emphasize the importance of interview method in casework,requiring social workers to be fully prepared before the meeting. |
