With the new curriculum reform, the problems have emerged. In Junior secondary school exam , takes the curriculum reform the bottleneck, has become the focal point which the people gaze. This paper from Suzhou, 01 ~ 09 years to start Chinese examination papers read proposition to new curriculum as the criterion, with the current Chinese teaching practice, since the new curriculum reform in the papers read part of the Suzhou Chinese analysis, from test and reading instruction affect each other, reflect how the two adjustments should be made to better embody the spirit of the new curriculum reform.This study is literature, comparison and induction, investigation. These methods intertwined deep into the paper parts not used in isolation.This paper analyzes the New Curriculum (01 --- 09) in Suzhou Chinese conception to test the proposition to read that Chinese in the test reading Suzhou proposition reflects humanity, attention to the subjectivity of students, focusing on the practical ability of students to test ; then combed the Chinese in Suzhou, the characteristics and test reading proposition interaction with the teaching of reading, from Suzhou, the characteristics of the test itself, both from the positive and negative impact summary of the teaching of reading. Finally, the New Curriculum Standards in reading test propositions and reflections on the current teaching of reading and suggestions,theory and practice described two levels, and in the test and the ideas on reform of the teaching of reading.
