Abstract/Summary:
Participative teaching mode ,through the interact participation of all teachers and students, not only trained students feel friendship and make teaching more acceptable with targeted and freshness, but also enrich students'personal experience ,and then change the status and take the initiative to improve awareness of self-confidence and enthusiasm. It has a unique role to develop students coordination skill, inquiring ability and innovation capabilities. So from it beginning used in teaching , it has aroused the concern of educators, and generated many studies in theoretical discussion and the interpretation, and it has achieved fruitful research results in theoretical discussion, interpretation and practice of teaching philosophy.This research takes Guangxi Teachers Education University as an example, adopting ways of questionnaire survey, interviews and locale observation to give a way of systematic and deep investigation of implementation situation of participative teaching in five secondary academies: the College of Education, College of Primary, College of Information and Computer, Physics Institute, Academy of Mathematics Education. Through the analysis of the investigation results, the author summed up some existence questions about the teachers ,students and facilities, based on the theoretical research and action research, made a suitable participative teaching mode: First, preparatory work (①group,①prepare the material). Second, To ask questions (①warm-up activities,①display phenomenon,②heuristic explanation) .Third, Participate (①role playing,①independent research,②group discussed,②collaboration tasks) .Fourth, Summary upgrade (①works show,①group work report,②the exchange between groups,②t eacher-student interaction⑤solution⑤reflect evaluation), and then analyze the feasibility of the patterns in Teachers College: First, Teachers have the ability of participation and organization. Second, students have learning and participation capacity. Third, teaching resources were more available. And next, give some effective explore case. Finally, the author explores the advantages and the drawbacks of participative teaching mode, and puts forward several suggestions about improving the implementation of participative teaching. Sincerely hope that,through the investigation and study in this paper,it provide some useful reference for the theory and practice of participative teaching mode.
