Ideological and political theory to bear on the students with a systematic education in Marxist theory of the task is to carry out ideological and political education of college students the main channel and the main front. Since the reform and opening up, especially the party's 10-third since the Fourth Plenary, ideological and political theory teaching has made great achievements. Discipline solid progress, teaching materials be effective, ways and means of gradual improvement of teaching, teachers were improved, in guiding the students in the firm's belief in Marxism, socialism, increase of the reform and opening up and modernization of confidence, the party and trust in government and so on, played an important role.The new situation on the ideological and political theory teaching put forward new tasks and requirements. World multi-polarization and economic globalization amid twists and turns in the development of scientific and technological revolution every day, and to national competitiveness, various ideologies and cultures clash, further deepening of China's reform and opening up, socio-economic composition, forms of organization, employment, interest and distribution have increasingly diversified. The face of new changes and new circumstances and the ideological and political theory teaching still problems to be solved. Teaching can not reflect the dominant position of students, teaching methods relatively simple, the aim of teaching, and lack of effectiveness.Involved in teaching in the "student-centered, activity-dominated joint participation" concept under the guidance of teaching activities to encourage students to participate in the whole process of teaching and learning reflect the teachers and students between the two subjects of mutual participation in each other incentive , mutual coordination and promotion of harmonious relations on this basis also stressed that in teaching students to fully reflect the dominant position of organizational form of teaching and teaching methods.
