A Reforming Research On Cultivation Program Of Football Specialized Curriculum Of Physical Education Major On Shanghai University Of Sport

Promote the reform of physical education major of universities and colleges, adapt to the need of new developments, make scientific and rational cultivation program are the necessary conditions to train qualified teachers, and make future middle school physical education teachers have the knowledge,ability and quality matched with the school physical education which is reforming.By using methods such as literature consultation, experts interviews, questionnaires, field observation, comparative law, mathematical statistics and logical analysis method, the research analyzed some aspects of the cultivation program of football specialized curriculum of physical education major on Shanghai University of Sport, which are current training objectives, teaching contents, teaching methods, teaching hours and assessment evaluation, combined with the investigation and research on the comprehensive prictical ability and social needs of the students of foodball special class, this paper foud the existing problems and deficiency in the current cultivation program of football specialized curriculum of physical education major on Shanghai University of Sport.This paper investigated and did research on the pilot cultivation program, and by comparing with pilot cultivation program and current cultivation program, comparing with pilot cultivation program, current cultivation program and cultivation program of Beijing University of sport, Wuhan University of sport to found out the commonalities and the focus. Summed up the reform features and aspects need to be improved in the pilot cultivation program of football specialized curriculum. The conclusions are as follows:There are some problems existed in the current cultivation program of football specialized curriculum of physical education major on Shanghai University of Sport, such as:the current cultivation program of football specialized curriculum doesn't pay much attention on the cultivation of comprehensive prictical ability, it is not conducive to the development of student's multi-skill; Teaching content is outdated,the coverage of knowledge is limited, lack of practicality; Teaching hours were less; The selection and use of teaching methods is single;The content of assessment and evaluation is incomplete, the main of evaluation is single, evaluation methods is unscientific.The features of pilot cultivation program of football specialized curriculum of physical education major on Shanghai University of Sport are:(1) The training objectives of pilot cultivation program focus on the cultivation of specific skills and comprehensive practical abilities, training objectives are near to multi-skill compoumd physical talents.(2)The teaching content of pilot cultivation program focus on contacting with related disciplines, perfected the special theoretical knowledge, updated football philosophy.(3) In pilot cultivation program, the use of modern multimedia technology and heuristic teaching methods can effectively promote students'learning enthusiasm and initiative.(4)Pilot cultivation program Takes advantage of a variety of extra-curricular practice forms to make up the shortage of teaching hours.(5) The assessment of teaching and training skills is a major innovation of cultivation program reform, to develop a major program of reform and innovation, the assessment standards of comprehensive prictical ability provide a reference for the assessment of teaching and training capacity. Pilot cultivation program not only increased the skills assessment project, but also raised the skills assessment standards. It puts forward higher requirements for students'specific skills and comprehensive practical abilities.(6)The diversification of evaluation main and methods is one of pilot cultivation program's characteristics.
