Anhui College Physical Education Professional Volleyball Curriculum Implementation Of The Program In The Context Of The New Curriculum Reform Analysis

The innovation of volleyball course is to research and explore how to adapt the education of volleyball for PE majors to the reformation of fundament education and to the requirements of social development. This paper is about volleyball, but our object is to know the basic education, in order to get more competed people and get highly quality people.The paper shows:The reformation of basic education accelerates the speed of the reform of volleyball course, which bring chance and challenge to PE major course. The teaching system and the method of volleyball course cannot match the development of reform of basic education. Volleyball teaching lack of unique point, and at the same time, they ignore the cultivation of the practicing ability. The teaching method is old, mainly embodied in the frequency that use modern education technology cannot attain suitable requirement. The way of evaluation and judgment is monotonous, just teachers' evaluation mostly, cannot set an evaluation system that can really measure students' integration capability. The structures of teachers' age, diploma and profession are reasonable. Those teachers with master degree and doctor degree are increasing gradually.By using document, questionnaire, statistics, comparative, etc, on the basis of knowing primary and middle schools of An Hui Province research PE personnel in college and university volleyball program situation, PE personnel in colleges and universities of An Hui province should put the new times demands to primary and middle school teachers and the different requirements to training talented person to be the most important thing. Therefore, this paper depending on volleyball teaching to be subject study, from different point that containing program objective system, different time arranged for this program, program contents, teaching method, examination evaluation system, construction of college and university teachers, and the reason why students put volleyball program to be their first choice, and so on, do a deep and general research on current volleyball program situations of An Hui province. This paper analyses the training of PE personnel in college and university, and finds that there are existed some ill-proportioned problems just like training contents does not meet the social requirements. To know the feature and problem there existed, researching if there consistent between primary and middle schools' requirement to PE teachers and college and university's PE major' training system; And then, to explain college and university should embody humanity and synthesis, when they training PE specialized person, and also keep the preservation of ethnic tradition and local characteristics, and embody different point sports culture that primary and middle schools should have down.We can get results, That is reinforce volleyball course's research about how to soften those competitive sports, and then make it more suitable to different kind of students, recover volleyball game's inherent characteristic function; Teaching process should give more attention to students' subject status, emphasize training students'teaching abilities and innovation abilities, to let students get all-around development chance; Create a whole teaching and evaluation system that attached to attain volleyball teaching aims. We should reexamine the relationship between volleyball teaching in PE major department and primary and middle school's PE teaching, setting an urgent feeling to reform PE teaching and training.The purpose to research this paper is to supply reference and help for PE reformation in An Hui province, it is also important for their own development, and improve integral reformation.
