"The course standards of P.E and health" that carry out a comprehensive reform for high school PE teaching has been promulgated and implemented by the Education Department in September 2001. But until 2003 college professional P.E education came out "the courses project of national general universities P.E education undergraduate". Judging from time, the college P.E education course reform is 3 years later than the reform of basic education course. There is obvious deference of time; it must have an impact to the college PE education training capable persons.Using documents, surveys, interviews, statistics and so or, this paper study the situation of college P.E capable persons being training under the state of school P.E course reforming. These studies think that it exists objectively that school P.E course reform having impact to college P.E education. School P.E teaching guidelines, teaching goals, teaching content and teaching method is the factors of college P.E education training capable persons. These factors stimulate seriously that the training Philosophy for college P.E education capable persons. And it brings a favorable occasion for the distribution of teaching resources, and promotes the exchange and cooperation between elements of the education system.Under the course reform of school P.E, the professional training idea of college P.E education is gradually clarity, the teaching reform is looking up; the training goal is closely integrate with social needs; an academic course is rational; the capacity of students has been pay great attention to. But there is still some problems we cannot afford to overlook in the process of training: there is dispute of training concepts; it is difficult to implement the thought of "Health First"; the teaching consent has long gone out of date, the teaching method is hard-and-fast, the teaching evaluation is more simple.The studies suppose that the conception about training of P.E education professional talents need change. College P.E education need adapt actively the process of basic education course curriculum reform, train P.E teacher that is needed.
