Due to social particularity and the natural decline of physical function, the health status of middle-aged women are not be optimistic. In addition, in recent years, middle-aged groups are lack of physical exercise, overweight and obesity rates continue to rise. How to choose the content and form of exercise to improve the effect of exercise and then to control overweight and obesity in middle-aged women and to slow decline in function in all aspects, has become one of the main research in the national fitness program. In order to further explore the role of different ways in fitness, disease prevention, medical treatment in the national fitness program, this experiment chose 60 overweight and obesity middle-aged women in Kaifeng and compared quantitatively the effects a more traditional training methods (diabolo), an emerging form of exercise (fitness path) and the combination of the two from many aspects: body shape, function, quality, immunization, blood lipids, and psychological health. Results show:(1) Regarding reducing BMI and WHR, the combination is best; regarding reducing skinfold thickness, diabolo is best.(2) No significant differences have been identified regarding changing bolld pressure and vital capacity; regarding step index, the combination is best.(3) Regarding incresing power, fitness path is the worst; regarding increasing flexibility, diabolo is the worst; regarding increasing sensitivity, no significant defferences are identified.(4) Regarding increasing IgM,IgA,IgG and CD8+, the combination is best; regarding increasing CD3+ and CD4+, no significant defferences are identified; Regarding increseing NK, fitness path is the worst.(5) Regarding reducing the subjective sense of physical discomfort, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, perceived barriers, hostile feeling, and to improve the effect of paranoia and schizophrenia in terms of thinking, no significant defferences are identified; Regarding reducing the sense of feeling depressed, depression and a sense of anxiety, the fitness path and mixed Exercise has more advantages; mixed form of exercise in improving the symptoms of anxiety and panic is the best.Conclusions: On the whole, combination is the best. For further health promotion, combination of different exercise forms is perferred.
