With the continuous improvement of social level,people's living standard is also getting higher and higher.The time for people to do mental work is getting more and more,and the time to carry out physical labor and take part in physical exercise becomes relatively small.The increase of sedentary behavior and the rate of obesity brought by it have become a common problem for all levels of society.For high school students with heavy learning burden and long learning time,this problem is particularly obvious.Obesity,as a chronic disease,is a potential threat to high school students.Modern research shows that reasonable physical exercise plays a direct role in relieving obesity,overweight and strengthening the physical fitness of adolescents.It is of great significance to understand the influence factors that affect the movement of obesity and overweight,which provides effective policy support and settles a reasonable exercise program.By using the methods of documentation,questionnaire,comparative analysis and mathematical statistics,this paper explores the factors affecting the participation of senior high school students in physical exercise from the four levels of individual level,interpersonal level,institutional level and community level,and tries to find out the internal relationship between each level and the degree of influence on the exercise of the investigated subjects,so as to provide reference for relevant stakeholders and policy makers.Provide necessary theoretical support.The results are as follows:(1)At the individual level,the influence of self-esteem,self-efficacy,cognition and belief on the healthy behavior of obese and overweight high school students is obvious.Among them,cognitive factors have the greatest impact,followed by self-efficacy,belief factors rank third,and self-esteem factors have the smallest impact on students' health behavior.(2)At the interpersonal level,family support has an impact on obese and overweight high school students in physical exercise.The qualified rate of family members' strong spiritual support,strong material support and strong action support is higher than that of weak level support students participating in physical training.The results of the peer influence test were negative.Therefore,it is not possible to draw a conclusion on the influence of friends,which needs further research and textual research.From the perspective of teachers' influence,the influence of head teachers is weaker than that of physical education teachers,but the strong support of both is higher than that of obesity supported by weak degree,and the qualified rate of overweight high school students participating in physical exercise is higher.(3)At the institutional level,students who have participated in physical training classes have a lower rate of unqualified physical exercise than those who have not participated in physical training classes.School support also has a great impact on the healthy behavior of obese and overweight high school students.The rate of unqualified physical exercise of obese and overweight high school students in weak school-supported is higher than that of obese and overweight high school students in strong school-supported(4)At the community level,traffic factors,residential environment,community activities and mass media have a certain impact on obese and overweight high school students.Among obese and overweight senior high school students,the total time of walking and bicycle students participating in physical exercise is longer than that of electric or motor vehicle students;The students in high-level residential environment have higher physical exercise time than those in low-level residential environment,and the students with high level of community activity support have higher physical exercise time than those with low community-activity support degree;the students with high support for community activities are more likely to participate in physical exercise than those with low support for community activities.Obese and overweight senior high school students with high mass media support spend more time participating in physical exercise than those with low mass media support.The influence of entertainment.facilities on senior high school students' participation in physical exercise is negative,which needs further research and demonstration.(5)The effects of the four levels on obese and overweight high school students are mutually reinforcing,they are interrelated,interact,through different levels of influence together constitute a unified impact on obesity,overweight high school students as a whole.Among the subsystems,the influence of individual level is the most important.Other subsystems interfere with the behavior and time of participating in physical exercise by exerting influence on individual level.The influence of each subsystem on obesity and overweight high school students also affects the effect of the whole system,and the effect of the whole system will in turn affect the effect of each subsystem.
