As a valuable human resource of our country, college graduates who shoulder heavy responsibilities on rejuvenating the nation rely on science and education and the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development play an important role in the process of China's economic prosperity and political harmonious. The work status of college graduates concerns about the future of their own and also the stability of the country and the social development. The expansion of university of enrollment leads to the severe problem of employment of college graduates which brings out different circumstances for them to be employed since 1999. In this situation, government of all levels, various circles of society and colleges and universities have to face the same problem that in order to allocate them rationally and actively, the college graduates should be more adoptable and competitive, which happens to be a issue must be approached with great delicacy.This thesis uses the method of literature search, questionnaire survey, and also analysis by synthesis method. From the angle of necessity of solving this problem, the author put forward two main difficult problems, on the one hand, analysis the reason to employment difficulty of college students; on the other hand, urges strategy to the problem. According to the reality of employment difficulties of college students, the thesis reasons for the difficulties and solution to it.In the first part of the thesis, the author put forward the severe situation which shows before the college graduates by enumerating a large numbers of real data. The difficulty of college students to employed is a hot spot that arose widespread concerns in the whole society. To solve the employment is a necessity cause it is a must to building a well-off society in an all-round way, and also propitious to the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development, social stability and harmoniousness, the sustainable development of colleges and universities and the individual's full-scale development.In the secondly part, the author focus on the real situation of college student's employment dilemma in details, such as, the huge imbalance of supply and demand of college enrollment, severe structure inconsistency of employment of college graduates, musty ideas of some college graduates in applying jobs, the gap between the employers'demand and the college graduates'capabilities, the deficiency of the job markets, the talent high consumption of employers, the gender discrimination among the employment, and so on. Besides, the thesis analysis the reasons of difficult employment of college graduates from the position of the society, political system, employment unit, the colleges and universities, and the college graduates.At last, the author proposes some suggestions and counter measures to this problem. As for the government of all levels, it is necessary to establish the system and mechanism of college graduates'employment dilemma through strengthening macro-level adjustment and control, standardizing the employment market, opening up new avenues of employment. As for the employers, they should set up scientific notion on hiring employees and make up reasonable competitive mechanism. The colleges and universities urge the college graduate to be more competitive and adoptable so that they can be more suitable and endurable in the severe job market. At last but not least, the college graduates have to break with the conventional ideas on employment and enhance technical skills of them own.
