The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council have issued Several Suggestions on Further Strengthening and Improving the Ideological and Moral Construction of the Minors, which is a programmatic document to guide the minors'. ideological and moral construction of our country. This paper is instructed with the spirits of the above document and centered on strengthening and improving .It elaborates on the long-release mechanism of improving the construction on minority ideology and morality in present age in the new century. To analyze the characteristics of the minority, current situation in the construction on ideology and morality, and the reasons to the weakness of the ideology and morality in modern China. In order to solve this problem, the essay propose that we should put moral construction forward among the various tasks in the school; make family education as the basis and core; make the leadership strengthen in the construction on the minority ideology and morality; build mechanism on the association of the school and society to form a united strength.
