Research On Long Term Mechanism Of Ideological And Political Work For Minority Ethnics In Western China

The ideological and political work of minority ethnics has significant impact on ethnic unity,cultural inheritance,economic development,and progress for all ethnic groups.Our country is a muti-nationality state,beside Han ethnic,there are 55 minority ethnics.There are 44 minority ethnics in the west area,this area distributes the most concentrated minority ethnics.Linxia is one of the two Hui Autonomous prefecture in the nation,and one of the two ethnic minority autonomous prefecture in the province which has been thought much by the party and the state to its ideological and political work.Recent years,because of non-mainstream ideology shock,development gap,negative network opinion,Linxia has entered the accelerating transformation period.With the process of urbanization,there has been an increase of interaction between different ethnic groups.In this national integration,there was disharmony and conflict appeared.On the other hand,western anti-China forces never abandon its intention to destroy us,they accelerated to damage developing social environment.To Separation and westernization,ideological infiltration and occupy.In such circumstance it can significantly affect the social stability and security in ethnic minority areas.Especially,in the context of great strategic decision the One Belt and Road,the ethnic minority areas are the important components in One Belt and Road strategic,instead of rear area,it becomes the forefront ofthe political and economic development of the nation.The aspiration for a better life of minority ethnics is stronger than ever before.other than that,the conflict of unbalanced and inadequacy development is more obvious than other areas.This article focuses on minority ethnics in western China,based on a case study of Linxia.Aiming to meet the new expectation of people.Combining with social construction to improve livelihood of people.And we affirmed its role.On the other hand,we should research and judge problems in the development,in order to solve the questions of what to do and how to do for a new era of socialism.It is quite urgent and necessary.As a result,to meet the needs of time and theory,the ideological and political work have to strengthen and adjust to serve social construction.To be more practical,establish a suitable ideological and political work for long term mechanism.This paper has three parts,the introduction,the main body and the conclusion.Chapter One introduces the background,purpose,meaning and methodology of the research.Chapter Two elaborates the long term mechanism of ideological and political work in western China.Chapter Three elaborates the necessity and theoretical basis for establish a long term mechanism of ideological and political work for minority ethnics in western China.Chapter Four analysis the existing issues for establish a long term mechanism of ideological and political work for minority ethnics based on a case study in Linxia.Chapter Five proposes theresolution for establish a long term mechanism of ideological and political work in western China.
