Studies On The Construction Of Long-term Mechanism Of University Learning-oriented Party Organizations

It is a new great project that build a learning, service, innovative marxist ruling party and it was proposed in the18th National Congress of CPC.And also it is the important content of. a new great project with promoting the Party construction under the new sitiuation. And the construction of college party organization which is an important part of a learning party organization construction and it is necessary for college to seek self-development when face the drastic changes under the new situation. Therefore,it is important for enriching the learning Party construction theory, guiding the practice of learning Party construction and consolidating the achievements of the learning Party construction.In this study, it insist on combining theory with practice, literature research, investigation, interview and so on. And, it analyzied the present situation in the construction of learning party organization mechanism.Then,several problems were found,such as organizational leadership mechanism remains to be strengthened, the learning mode was single and the assessment mechanism is not perfect enough and so on.So, it still face difficulties that constructing the learning party organization of launching for a long time. Then, combining with the present situation in the construction of learning type party organization mechanism and on the basis of the learning party organization and basic principles. And the main task of the long-term mechanism construction to organizational leadership, learning, education, rewards and punishment motivation, and combining the condition of protection mechanism were carried out. So as to construct a reasonable structure, rigorous internal and external coordination, operation and fully functional long-acting mechanism, in order to guarantee the system of running a learning party organization of the construction of the standardization and normalization.Respectively, five aspets were expounded upon construction of long-term mechanism,the specific contents as follows:1. the introduction part:It mainly elaborated the selected topic reason, the main significance, and the research status, etc.2. The significance of construction of long-term mechanism in college was discussed from three aspets that is an important guarantee for its implementation,also is a key link of consolidating the achievements and is important to advanced construction.3. This part was for the annotation to the basic concept,which was the foundation of the article.Then,the connotation of long-term mechanism was proposd through the analysis and interpretation of mechanism, long-term mechanism and the connotation between two kinds of learning party organization.4. In this part, it presented the current status Quo which contented the existent main problem and the main cchievements, and also analyzed the main existing causes of mechanism construction from the point of the principle that constructed the long-term mechanismof it.5. It contented the main task and the primary priciple based on the construction in this part. And it proposed the main task based on the fuction and the construction of mechanism.On the other hand,acoording to the current situation,it presented the basic principles of long-term mechanism of learning party organization construction through four aspets.6. In the part,the construction of long-term mechanism was proposed,and it based on the mechanism of study,the main task,and the stimulations,etc.In a word,it plays important role in the study.
