Promoting League building by Party building in colleges and universities is the important part of Party building. It is also the priorities of promoting the constructing of League. Recent years, national caucus leaders attach great importance to promoting League building by Party building, so people in many colleges and universities have conducting in-depth study and useful exploration of this work as the rapid development of Higher Education. But it is very rare about the study of the construction of long-term mechanism, which is hard to meet the needs of the rapid development of promoting League building by Party building in colleges and universities. Therefore, it seems very urgent and meaningful to strengthen the research of the construction of long-term mechanism about promoting League building by Party building in colleges and universities.In this paper, I link the methods of documentary research, comparative induction, the combination of theory and vital work. Besides, I start from disserting the connotation, historical review and the significance of the construction of long-term mechanism, in order to analyze the situation and the cause of the problem and put forward the general idea of the building mechanisms in promoting League building by Party building of colleges and universities. This article is divided into four parts.In the first part, I elaborate the significance of the topic, analyze the current situation in research of the work of promoting League building by Party building, and introduce the goal and methods of this article.In the second part, I dissert the significance of the construction of the long-term mechanisms about promoting League building by Party building in colleges and universities. First of all, I elaborate the specific connotation of promoting League building by Party building in colleges and universities from the meaning and main ideas of it. Then, I make a brief review of the history of promoting League building by Party building in colleges and universities after the founding of new China, which, generally, can be divided into five stages. They are the stages of initial formation, tortuous development, full paralyzation and gradual maturation and rapid growth. Finally, I raise the significance of the construction of the long-term mechanism about promoting League building by Party building. First, it is beneficial to consolidating the Party’ s youth mass base and improving the level of Party-building in colleges and universities. Second, it is beneficial to ensuring that the group is built to adhere to correct political orientation and promoting the healthy development of university group.Third, it is beneficial to promoting university reform development and stability and helping youth students to lead to success.In the third part, I mainly analyze the present and the cause of the problem about the construction for long-term mechanism about promoting League building by Party building in colleges and universities. On the one hand, this article by empirical research has shown the achievement that the construction for long-term mechanism about promoting League building by Party building in colleges and universities has made. Such as some related policies and documents, the working mechanism, the caucus brand activities, pioneering the first. One the other hand, I propose the main problem from four aspects about communication mechanism, working mechanism, interactive mechanism and pioneering and innovative spirit.
