Objectives:Through the special environment of psychological and physiological military health condition investigation and study, understand under special environment military physical and mental health and discusses the influence factors for the protection of the special circumstances, the physical and mental health of the soldiers provide medical basis. Methods:Using cluster random sampling extraction in China's western desert area soldiers 246 patients drought, plateau alpine region for the test group, military 531 name extracted as control group urban soldiers 574 name mental health questionnaire survey; Meanwhile,262 soldiers from the extraction of the physiological health status of the determination of the indicators. Results:1. Plateau alpine and dry desert environment military occupational stress and job burnout degree are higher than those in the control group, and the plateau alpine environment than dry desert environment, difference was statistically significant (P<0.05, P<0.01); the age of the alpine environment soldiers plateau, length of military service, political affiliation, rank level and professional tension has certain relationship, and national, cultural degree and job burnout has certain relations; dry desert environment military age, length of military service and military career tension has certain relationship, and national and military career burnout has certain relations.2. Plateau alpine and dry desert environment soldiers than control blood sugar and cholesterol alpine environment, and the plateau above drought desert environment, total protein lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05, P<0.01); alpine environment soldiers maximum plateau ventilation higher than control group, drought desert environment and drought desert environment soldiers vital capacity and forced vital capacity lower than control group, alpine environment and highland difference was statistically significant (P<0.05, P<0.01); plateau alpine and dry desert environment soldiers direct bilirubin lower than those of the control group, alanine transferase higher than those in the control group, and the plateau alpine environment under drought desert environment, difference was statistically significant (P<0.05, P<0.01); plateau alpine and dry desert environment soldiers potassium, sodium and chloride, calcium concentration lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); arid desert environment soldiers heat stress protein HSP-70 above plateau and control, and alpine environment alpine environment lower than those of the control group, plateau and difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), plateau alpine and dry desert environment soldiers corticotropin hormone higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).3. Related analysis shows that, military occupational stress positively correlated with occupational tiredness (P<0.01); the indexes occupational stress with positive correlation between vital capacity and forced vital capacity (P<0.01), and calcium ions, thermal stress protein HSP-70, promote negatively correlated adrenal cortical hormone (P<0.05, P<0.01); job burnout and high-density lipoprotein, maximum positive correlation between gas (P<0.05, P<0.01), and low density lipoprotein, thermal stress protein HSP-70 negative correlation (P<0.05).3. Regression analysis showed, age, education, working strain index, organization, blood sugar, lack of support index of total protein, maximum volume, promote adrenal cortical hormone alpine environment for plateau military occupational tiredness influencing factors; age, nationality, working strain index, working pressure index, direct bilirubin, calcium ions, thermal stress protein HSP-70 for dry desert environment military influence factors of occupational tiredness. Conclusions:1. Under special environment military mental health is poorer, plateau alpine and dry desert environment military stress levels were higher than those in the control group and burnout degree that special environment of military mental health have certain effect, and alpine environment impact more plateau; 2. Physiological and biochemical indexes in different special environment has significant difference, soldiers that special natural environmental influencing a veterans physiological health; 3. Military occupational stress positively correlated with occupational tiredness, and age, working strain exponential under special environment soldiers for the influence factors of occupational tiredness.
