The Solution To Resolving Problem Of Power Corruption

Corruption of power ,as one of hot spots of society, should be worth of focusing on nowadays. Upon the background that our society is in transition, so many things existed and occurred, such as short of qualified laws and statues,perfect market rules, government function is not changed completely, the use of power is not restricted and equilibrated effectively, the transforming from new system to old is not ideal, etc, result in the government officer could have chance to corrupt using their power. Today, our society is facing transition, corruption of power has its own manifestation and character. As a kind of social phenomenon, corruption of power occurred related to economic, politics, mentality, ethic ,culture and others, very complicated. Corruption of power has severe influence on society, like social stability, economic and spiritual civilization construction, people's basic interests. This article according to summarize the phenomenon of corruption of power, elaborate it's existing manifestation, character and performing, and explore how and why it pullulate and reveal its harmfulness to society, for the purpose of putting forward countermeasure to resolve it.This article, based on the Marxism fundamentals, indicate that we could eliminate the corruption of power to the utmost, if we are always been upholding the leading of communist party, persisting to manage state affairs according to law, and letting people to be the host, at the same time, integrate the three kinds above sufficiently, through the measures listed which should set up the prevention system consisting of education, statues and supervision, limit the government authority, improve the risks and cost when anyone want to corrupt, strengthen the supervision from government and public.
