The Study On Exploitation Of Rural Human Resource

Human resource is the first resource that plays a decisive role in the economic development. With the development of knowledge economy and global economic integration, countries all over the world have strengthened their human resource exploitation. China is a large agricultural country with abundant rural human resource but low quality, which has severely hampered the development of rural economy as well as the national economy. The exploitation of rural human resource is the fundamental way to resolve the problems facing agriculture, rural areas and farmers and the key task to build a well-off society in an all around way.Centering on the major theme of leaping development of rural economy and building of a well-off society in an all around way, this thesis will focus on rural human resource exploitation and make a deep study in this field under the background of our vast rural area. This thesis emphasizes on the analysis of the present situation of China's rural human resource and the arising problems. It also analyzes the overall train of thought and objectives and probes into the several modes of rural human resource exploitation and ways and measures to realize rural human resource exploitation.Lastly this thesis comes to the following conclusions: firstly, China's rural human resource exploitation should be within the frame of social and economic development. Only by implementing the strategy of invigorating the agriculture through science, technology and education can the quality of the farmers be improved and the leaping development of rural economy and the strategic objectives be realized. Secondly, a flexible approach in light of local conditions should be taken and different exploitation mode be chosen to develop the rural human resource. Thirdly, various ways and measures should be taken on rural human resource exploitation to maximize the benefits of exploitation so as to realize the quantity and quality and structural objectives of exploitation.
