The Comparative Study About The Interpretation On The Disyllabic Noun In The Earlier And The New Modern Chinese Dictionary

This thesis provides an intensive contrast description to the meanings of disyllabic nouns based on the first edition(1978) and the fifth one (2005) of Modern Chinese Dictionary. Firstly,the thesis mainly analyses the adding and deleting condition of dictionary entries and dictionary of meanings,and then ,it explores the variant types of intra-adjestment in the same dictionary of meaning.Next the thesis summeries the ways of adding and deleting disyllabic nouns,and discusses the application condition of linguistic theories in Lexcography.Finally,the thesis emphsises on the reasons of dictionary of meaning of changing,the defects and the limitation,and futher research topics directions.
