| As the development of the times and the renewal of education idea, strengthening humanistic quality education have become the important means to upgrade college taste,cultivate personnel of high quality and promote students'all round development.Musical teachers college is the cradle of training musical-education talents, and its students have dual roles in art and in teaching.Strengthening the humanistic quality education in the filed of musical teachers colleges' students is significant not only to upgrading their art quality but also their teacher-training quality.Currently, Humanistic quality level of teacher college's students of music education major is hardly optimistic.The situation can be conclude as dual lacking of humanistic knowledge in art and in education, dual absence of humanistic value in art and in education, and dual lost in humanistic character in art and in education. There are four reasons for this situation:path dependence in education outlook, self-enclosed in curriculum settings, Value deviation in admission policy, and declining in school culture.In the new historical situation, education reform proposed new and higher demands for primary and secondary school music teacher in aspect of humanistic quality, and presented a more serious challenge to humanistic quality education in the filed of musical teachers college. Under the new situation and new challenge, this dissertation holds opinions that musical teacher college should strengthening the students' humanistic quality education in five aspects:First of all,we should promote innovative spirit,and break through path limitation of original education outlook.Secondly,it is suggested that curriculum settings should be optimized,and we should enhance disciplines communication each others. Nextly,we should strengthen the building of teaching staff,and enhance teachers' comprehensive abilities. Fourthly,admission policy should be reformed, and the quality of students' source should be raised.Finally, we should build up school culture, and promote students' cultural grade. |
