Study On The Improvement Of The Course-offering And Cultivate-training Mode Of English Major In Shengli College

English is the common communication language in the world.Professional English talents are the main labor force power in the international and regional exchanges,cooperation and competition,in the process of "going out" development strategy of all kinds enterprises in the field of industrial engineering in China.Colleges and universities are the main personnel training bases of industrial enterprises' human resources.Independent colleges being an important field of the applied talents training,the training quality of professional applied talents has become the focus of social enterprises.Training program is the key link in professional talent training plan.The most basic and core content which is related to the training quality of the professional level and professional ability is the courses-offering and cultivate-training mode.The standpoint of new training objectives and cultivate-training mode is to cultivate and train implement and applied English talents with innovative quality.It is necessary to improve the course-offering and cultivate-training mode of English major.This article will study and discuss on the improvements of course-offering and applied personnel cultivate-training mode of English major in Shengli College.Course-offering and cultivate-training mode theory was summarized firstly.On the basis of analyzing the status,problems and causes existed in course-offering and cultivate-training mode of English major in Shengli College,the course-offering and cultivate-training mode have been improved,focusing on the implementation phase of the cultivate-training mode,taking the modular course-offering and periodic “English + profession-oriented” cultivate-training mode,and also the specific embodiments based on improved programs.These mainly include some changes in teaching philosophy,faculty capability and teaching methods,taking a way of curricular and extra-curricular learning style and self-study,and adjusting the proportion of required courses and elective ones,and also founding the social practice base.It is to found a solid base for the embodying of the improved course-offering and cultivate-training mode.
