How To Cultivate The Psychological Quality Of The Flight Attendant

With the rapid development of civil aviation industry, and transportation of the intense competition and the fast pace of life mode, passenger service requirements continue to improve, the air crew only continue to upgrade themselves to meet the requirements of social development, and the good psychological quality is the key factor to ensure aviation cabin safety and service. Airlines make efforts in service quality, however, there are still many weak links in the flight attendant psychological quality training. Continue to strengthen the research work, in order to realize training flight attendant psychological quality.In this paper, the first part is the introduction, put forward the research background and aim, content and structure research as well as the use of actual investigation method, literature analysis and summary of the work by three kinds of methods of work. The fifth part reality flight attendant psychological quality:the overall situation analysis and the existence of psychological endurance is low, pressure resistance is poor, the main problem of psychological endurance is weak; restricting personal factors and work characteristics are the causes of the problems.
