People-based thought is the most important constituent of Chinese tradition political ideas. It is the central status in the Chinese tradition political philosophy. It origins from the Xia Shang Zhou generations, The thought that the people are a nation's foundation comes from the practice of the ancient sage kings rule their country. This idea has a high sense of responsibility. Therefore, people who can carry forward this idea must also have the lofty sense of responsibility. This idea has a big vision, and is a value of care. With the development of history, this thought is deeply developed by the wise monarches ang the great thinkers, and it become more and more consummate as the political ideology and the characterization of human value.The practical thought of Ming and Qing dynasties exhibit as the essence of the spirit of the times, by inheriting the traditional Confucianism especially the practical spirit of Neo-confucianism and criticizing their decadent content. This thought's general feature is esteeming practice and dismissing virtua, and it take people-based thought as the intrinsic value basis, pursue practical statecraft, hope can benefit the nation and people, regard the consolidation of learning ang feats.By all of these, the practical thought of Ming and Qing dynasties endue Confucianism a firmly radical,and promote the Chinese traditional mentality to a new stature.Facing the prevailing social reality, Lu Kun assumed his responsibilitiy, inherited the tradition of the people are a nation's source, carried forward the spirit of real learning, and set the goals serving the country and serving the people. Lu Kun thinks the justice is the same meaning with the reality, so he's learning emphasises practical aspect and effective aspect, and considers the living situation of people Comprehensively. Lu Kun criticized Buddhism and Taoism, because they ignore the normal desire of the human beings; he criticized Confucianism, because the learning of Confucianism is not practical. Lu Kun hopes the scholarship can be back to the reality, and hope the government against corruption. Lu Kun's these ideas stem from the pursuit servicing the state and serving the people, and these are the performance of his sense of responsibility. Therefore, Lu Kun can link the knowledge and the reality. Lu Kun inherited the ideas of Confucianism and the ways that Yao and Shun how to rule the state--unity of knowing-doing. He made a great contribution on the academic and the rule in the Ming Dynasty.
