Zhang Peilun's Poetry

Zhang PeiLun is one of the represents of "QING LIU" in the late Qing Dynasty political affairs, is celebrated all over the world for impeaching other politicians, therefore contemporaries's research about him is centered on political life aspect, literature aspect has no research. His poetry clearly embodies the spirit of no surrendering and sacrificing. His poetries have different style, especially some kind of impassioned and anxious style. The present thesis treats Zhang Peilun as a case and through all his poetry anthology and three marriages attempts to describe his lifetime of frustration and his patriotism and dedication to his country, try to display he and his three wives happiness. Finally we can see his effect and position in the modern circle of poets.
