| The rapid development of high-speed railways asks for stricter demands of technical equipment modernization and also high-standard drivers. With the railway speed-up, EMU drivers should be different in locomotive operating and transportation conducting with common drivers. Also, the working environment, time and organization and management mode between the two kinds of drivers are diverse. This requires the EMU drivers should obtain excellent skills, knowledge, physical quality and vocational psychology diathesis. Moreover, they ought to work under a scientific, rational and canonic working organizational system.This paper use the vocational psychology diathesis quick test macro of EMU drivers to test the EMU drivers of Beijing, Shenyang and Shanghai railroad bureaus, in order to study the labor intensity based on the mental load, which is brought by high speed, and the impact of different kinds of working organization and time on the vocational psychology diathesis of EMU drivers. The research on rational labor intensity based on the mental load has remarkable significant.It adopts scientific methods to analyze the scores of vocational psychology diathesis of the three bureaus' EMU drivers before and after they exercise their duties, in order to find out the affecting relationship between the mental load and vocational psychology diathesis of the drivers, and then give rational proposals of working organization and management system for EMU drivers. |
