With the railway speed-up, EMU drivers should be different in locomotive operating and transportation conducting with common drivers. Also, the working environment, time and organization and management mode between the two kinds of drivers are diverse. This requires the EMU drivers should obtain excellent skills, knowledge, physical quality and vocational psychology diathesis.
