| With the development of positive psychology in the world, it has gradually attracted people’s attention with the advantages of its promotion of human happiness. In our country, the departments of education and the scholars have changed the goal of mental nealth education to cultivate students’good psychological quality and stimulate students’ potential instead of the original "problem oriented" mental health education mode. In the study,258 students from a Vocational College of Higher Vocational College in Zhengzhou were studied using the method of questionnaire. Based on the following conclusion, the corresponding educational measures are put forward.(1)The Positive psychological quality,social support,and overall well-being of Higher Vocational Students in a good situation.(2)The positive psychological quality have a significant differee at the different homeplace and among the number of friends;social support in a good number of friends there is a significant difference; students with different parental rearing patterns have significant different utilization degree of suppart.(3)Positive psychological quality, overall well-being, social support in Higher Vocational Students in the correlation, positive psychological quality and social support was positively related to social support and overall well-being, positive correlation, positive psychological quality and overall well-being.(4)Positive psychological quality and social support were predictive of overall well-being, and reached significant level. Social support plays an mediator between positive psychological quality and overall well-being.(5) Educators should pay attention to and develop students’ positive resources, try to provide the necessary conditions to improve the interpersonal relationship, enhance positive emotional experience to develop positive mental quality;and to form a benign interaction with teacher and peer group,so as to improve the social support and enhance the education of happiness schools and family should combined combined togeter. |
