In this study, vocational students as the research object. We adopt Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90), Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and Subjective Well-being (SWB) for higher vocational college students. By Analysis and discussion,the following conclusions:1. Vocational college students'life satisfaction is not high, and to experience more negative emotions.2. Vocational college students of different grades, majors and regions are significant different on SWB. The life satisfaction of sophomores are significant higher the one of freshers and juniors. On the positive emotions and the total score or the SWB, sophomores are significant higher the one of fresher. On the life satisfaction and the positive emotions, the students in agronomy and literature are significant higher than the students in engineering. On the negative emotions, the students in management are significant higher than the students in agronomy and engineering. The urban students'Subjective Well-being scale are significant higher than the rural students. Vocational students in gender, ethnicity, whether the child and where the student leaders and so there is no significant dirrerence.3. Sleep quality, mental health and close relation between subject well-being of vocational college students. Daytime dysfunction, subjective sleep quality, sleep latency, habitual sleep efficiency, sleep disturbance and used sleep medication are more significantly forecast of the subjective well-being. Sleep duration of subject well-being was not significant. SCL-90 to depression dimension of subject well-being has a significantly negative predictor; paranoid ideation, photic anxiety and additional items has a significantly positive predictor; somatization, obsessive-compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety, hostility and psychoticism demensions of subject well-being of the impact are not significant.4. Sleep quality, mental health can act directly on subject well-being directly, mental health in vocational students between sleep quality and subjective well-being play an intermediary role. |
