In recent years, the traditional method of psychological measurement has no significant progress, and hadn't address the impact of factors such as social desirability bias. However, psychometric test technology which combined with EEG,MRI and eye tracking hasn't developed.Integration of diversified data becomes possible with the rapid development of computer technology and artificial intelligence technology, psychological measurement technology with multidimensional fusion began to enter the researcher's vision.Eye tracking technology has been widely used in the psychology research field as a mature attention observation technique, and it's also one of the important methods of multidimensional fusion psychometric test technology, currently, there are relatively few studies on psychometric tests based on eye tracking technology,so to explore eye movement patterns and influencing factors of different groups in the process of psychometric test have become the basic needs of multidimensional fusion technology.based on the traditional self-report scale, this study trying to explore how abnormal groups are affected by cognitive factors and emotional factors in the process of psychometric test through eye tracking technique method, and tend to provide the basis for the application of eye movement technology in psychometric test.MethodA sample of 50 patients with mental disorders which from The Third Military hospital and 50 students from The Fourth Military and Medical university took part in the study. This research build the platform based on self-report scale, and studied effects of eye movement characteristics and answer behavioral patterns of the two groups' subjects while facing changes of cognitive load and emotional tendencies.Results1.Subjective answer scores: The abnormal group was significantly higher than the control group in 6 different dimensions in terms of subjective answer scores.2.Response time: There was significant effect difference between the average response time of the control group(2763 ± 65 ms)and the abnormal group(4539 ± 283 ms),(F=77.36,p<0.001).±3.Problem complexity: interaction between groups and complexity was significant at average gaze durations,F=6.34,p=0.002,average gaze durations of control group shows an increasingly trend with the complexity of the problem, while the abnormal group shows no significant difference between the medium complexity and the high complexity problem(MD = 1.008,SE = 5.648,p = 0.997).The interact between groups and complexity was significantly at the fixation duration of option area,F=9.472,p<0.001,the control group showed a significant tendency to increase the fixation duration from low to high levels, while the abnormal group only shows significant difference at low and medium levels(MD=26.5,SE=10.0,p=0.048).The interact between groups and complexity was significantly on backtracking rates,F=16.063,p<0.001,backtracking rates of control group was significantly higher than the abnormal group in high complexity problem(MD=0.043,SE=0.016,p=0.006),but the study shows no significant difference at low level(MD=0.001,SE=0.013,p=0.930)and medium level(MD=0.019,SE=0.012,p=0.127).4.Emotional tendencies of the question: groups and semantic emotions interact significantly at average gaze durations,F=10.103,p<0.001,subjects of abnormal group shows no significant difference at three levels, while control group was significant higher in positive level than medium level(MD =19.38,SE = 2.50,p<0.001)and negative level(MD =20.54,SE = 4.80,p < 0.001),but there were no significant difference between medium level and negative level(MD =1.16,SE = 2.65,p=0.961).There is a significant interaction between the groups and the semantic emotion on the average saccade distance,F=13.900,p<0.001,two groups of subjects showed significant differences at three levels, but the trend of control group is more obvious compared with the abnormal group.5.Emotional consistency of the question: groups and emotional consistency interact significantly at average gaze durations,F=7.300,p=0.001,abnormal group shows significant marginal difference between consistence and neutral(MD = 7.97,SE = 3.38,p = 0.057)and consistent and inconsistent(MD = 16.57,SE = 7.26,p = 0.059),while the control group only showed that the inconsistency level was significantly higher than the neutral level(MD =9.07,SE = 2.73,p = 0.003)There was no significant difference between the groups and the emotional consistency at the average saccade distance,F=0.725,P=0.485,but the consistency effect was significant inside the group,F=45.141,p<0.001,the test illustrate that significant differences were between the different levels.ConclusionsCompared with the ordinary people, people with mental disorders not only showed a higher score and longer response time while doing the traditional self-report psychological test, their eye movement pattern is also different from the general population.1.ordinary people become more carefully while reading and hesitant more while answering as the complexity of the problem increased, but people with mental disorders are not.At the same time, with the complexity of the problem increased, both the ordinary people and people with mental disorders have shown more backtracking phenomenon, but only in the high degree of complexity, ordinary people showed more backtracking phenomenon than people with mental disorders.2.People took less time to answer questions that have obvious emotional tendencies, while the neutral question take longer time to answer, this trend of people with mental disorders is more obvious compared with the ordinary people.ordinary people tend to read faster with the emotional clues change from positive to neutral and neutral to negative, but the people with mental disorders do not.3.People take less time to answer questions which are emotionally consistent, and take longer time to those are emotionally inconsistent, this trend of people with mental disorders is more obvious compared with the general population. At the same time, people showed more backtracking phenomena and hesitate more while answering the question which are emotionally inconsistent.ordinary people tend to read more carefully while people with mental disorders take cursory reading with the emotion tendency of the subject from consistently to inconsistently.
