| ã€Objective】To investigate the epidemiological features of behavioral problems and personality characteristics of Zhuang left-behind children, so as to provide scientific bases of mental health education in left-behind children for education department in Guangxi Province.ã€Methods】1.Investigated subjectTatolly 1161 (640 boys,521 girls) grade3-6 Zhuang pupils of eight rural primary schools in Wuming County of Nanning City, Fusui County of Chongzuo City, Tiandong County of Baise City,ghetto of Zhuang ethnicity of Guangxi Province, were investigated. Among them, 271 are left-behind children (23%), 890 are non-left-behind children (76.7%).2.Investigated methodsUsing Rutter Children Behavioral Questionnaire(teacher), EPQ(children) and Children's Basic Questionnaire of self-organizing to investigate the children above.ã€Result】1.The incidence rate of behavioral problems of target children was 11.6%.2.The incidence rate of behavioral problems of left-behind children was 18.5%, which is higher than 9.6% of non-left-behind children (χ2=16.012,P<0.05); By description of frequency, left-behind children's behavioral problems mainly concentrated in the items of'scatterbrained or short attention span','very disturbing, difficult to sit longtime','more activities , restless'.3.Among left-behind children: The incidence rate of behavioral problems of male is higher than that of female (χ2=11.50,P=0.001); The incidence rate of behavioral problems of non-boarding children is higher than that of boarding children (χ2=6.672,P=0.010); Difficult time for left-behind children, there is statistical difference in the rate of behavioral problems (χ2=7.709,P=0.021), most highest is in the Two-year group; Difficult personality types for left-behind children , there is statistical difference in the rate of behavioral problems (χ2=10.002 , P=0.007), most highest is in typical extroversion; Difficult neuroticism types for left-behind children , there is statistical difference in the rate of behavioral problems (χ2=9.569,P=0.008) , most highest is in the unstable group ; Difficult psychoticism types for left-behind children , there is statistical difference in the rate of behavioral problems (χ2=64.434,P=0.000) , most highest is in the impulsive group.4.The P subscale spot score of the EPQ of left-behind children was higher than that of non-left-behind children, statistical difference(t=3.78,P<0.05); The N subscale spot score of the EPQ of left-behind children was higher than that of non-left-behind children, statistical difference(t=2.719,P<0.05). 8.Logistic regression analysis showed, the behavioral problems of left-behind children happened with the gender, left-behind time, the type of introversion-extroversion personality, the type of emotional stability , the type of psychoticism .ã€Conclusion】1. The incidence rate of behavioral problems of left-behind children is higher than that of non-left-behind children , which should attract our attention . 2.Difficult types of left-behind children , the incidence rates of behavioral problems are difficult , we need to specially pay attention to the male , long-term for left-behind , extroversion type , impulsive type. |
