The Analysis Of The Exercises In Three Comprehensive Intermediate Level TCSL Listening Textbooks

Listening teaching is very important in teaching Chinese as second language,and the exercises of the listening textbooks are also important in listening teaching.However, many students think that listening is very difficult,and it is easy for them to feel boring.And in the other side,there are problems exist in the design of exercises,for example,the type of the exercises is single,and there is no system in the whole design. Until now,there is little research about the exercises of the comprehensive intermediate level listening textbooks,and the research of this kind of the textbooks published after the year of 2000 is even less,that is the reason why we choose three representative comprehensive intermediate level listening textbooks published after 2000(include the book published in 2000).Through the analysis of the exercises of the books,we would get the advices about the exercises design which can work,and we would also try to find the rules of the exercises design.In this thesis,we compare the end and the principles of the books,in order to find the common and uncommon,and then we could absorb the essence,and improve the end and the principles of the textbooks.Except it,we count the quantity and the types of the exercises,according to the common and the uncommon;we find the problems we should pay attention to when we design the exercises of the textbooks.At last we divide the exercises into pre-exercises,in-exercises and after-exercises,though the comparison we fred the main points of the content of the exercises and we analysis according to it,in order to fred the rules of the exercises design and the advices to the design.We hope the analysis and advices could be helpful in future textbooks' exercises design.
