The system processes the different types of target impacting on the value of industrial heritage at different levels. The evaluation targets set up follow the characteristic, accurate consistency, completeness, independence and practicality principles. The system set up a number of targets on historical value, artistic value, scientific value and spiritual value. It completed the value evaluation of industrial heritage by the experts' supplement finally. The system seeks to science, and rigorous. The expert advice on this aspect embodied the complement flexible features to the system. It provided a reference for engaging in research the value evaluation of industrial heritage. Finally thesis carried out to assess Tianjin Dagu Dock and Tianjin Jiefang Bridge's value. In the actual operation, the system reflected the heritage values objectively and comprehensively. It reflected the characteristics and advantages of the quantitative assessment fully. The system filled the blank of lacking value evaluation system of industrial heritage in our country in some degree.
