Research On Regeneration,Protection And Utilization Of Urban Old Industrial Heritage

With the acceleration of the new urbanization process recently,many industrial buildings have been obliged to be abandoned.How to treat the old industrial heritage in the city properly has become an urgent problem to be solved.Adopting appropriate methods to regenerate,protect and utilize industrial heritage plays a crucial role in inheriting industrial culture and promoting urban economic,social and ecological development.However,there are some problems such as not evaluating the value of industrial heritage,blindly adopting unsuitable reuse scheme and over-protection in the protection process,which bring obstructions to the regeneration and protection of urban industrial heritage.Most of the existing research on the protection and utilization of industrial heritage is to classify its value,and then a variety of corresponding protection and utilization modes are given.There are few studies on the optimization of protection and utilization schemes.Therefore,in order to better improve the urban industrial heritage regeneration and protection and utilization benefits,this paper carried out research on the evaluation of industrial heritage protection and utilization programs.In the first place,this paper analyzes domestic and foreign industrial heritage related research.On the basis of relevant theories and value studies,combined with the current problems of industrial heritage,the basic mode of protection and utilization of industrial heritage is summarized.Second,on the basis of the existing industrial heritage protection and utilization program evaluation research,the principles and methods for constructing the evaluation index system for the industrial heritage regeneration and protection utilization program are proposed,and a scientific and comprehensive comprehensive evaluation index system for the industrial heritage protection utilization program is constructed.Established an appropriate selection model for program evaluation to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the evaluation results.Finally,the evaluation model of industrial heritage regeneration and utilization was applied as an example,and a comparative analysis of the evaluation results verifies the effectiveness and superiority of the evaluation model.The regeneration and protection and utilization of urban industrial heritage determines the development direction of industrial heritages.It is of great significance to protect industrial heritages and promote the high-quality development of cities to make scientific decisions on them.
