Research On Value Evaluation And Value Realization Of Jingdezhen Industrial Heritage

Industrial heritage is an important witness and valuable legacy of human industrial civilization.It includes not only tangible material cultural heritage such as industrial structures,machinery and equipment,but also invisible intangible cultural heritage such as craftsman spirit and technical craftsmanship.The economic value,cultural value,historical value and artistic value of the implication have been paid more and more attention by people.Jingdezhen,as one of the birthplaces of my country’s ceramic civilization,has been ignited for thousands of years,leaving a rich and precious industrial heritage.The protection,development and utilization of Jingdezhen’s industrial heritage is conducive to the cultural heritage and industrial upgrading of Jingdezhen,and is conducive to the efficient use of Jingdezhen’s industrial resources.In the context of the establishment of Jingdezhen’s "Double Creation and Double Repair" and the establishment of the National Innovation Experimental Zone,in order to enrich the theoretical research of Jingdezhen’s industrial heritage and guide the protection and development of Jingdezhen’s industrial heritage,the author conducts research on its value protection and realization.The prerequisite for the value protection and realization of Jingdezhen’s industrial heritage is to carry out correct value evaluation.The article uses AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the value of Jingdezhen’s industrial heritage.The main research content:(1)Define the definition of industrial heritage,introduce the evaluation methods of industrial heritage and related theories of value realization;(2)Provide an overview of the industrial heritage of Jingdezhen,including the development history,development overview,protection and utilization status and problems;(3)Carry out value assessment of Jingdezhen’s industrial heritage;(4)Carry out research on the value realization of Jingdezhen’s industrial heritage,including realization mechanism,realization path and value realization solutions.The main conclusions of this article:(1)At present,the main method of reusing Jingdezhen’s industrial heritage is to transform the industrial heritage into a ceramic cultural and creative park,and there have been problems such as incomplete protection scope and emphasis on economic value.(2)According to the value evaluation results,it is concluded that the historical value of the intrinsic value of Jingdezhen’s industrial heritage has the largest weight,and the extended value has the largest environmental value.Therefore,in actual use and development,we must focus on these two values,while not neglecting other values.And the overall evaluation of Jingdezhen’s industrial heritage is between average and good.We must continue to take multiple measures and methods to ensure the protection and realization of its value.(3)The value realization mechanism of Jingdezhen’s industrial heritage includes policy mechanism,overall identification mechanism and multi-party participation mechanism.(4)The value realization path of Jingdezhen’s industrial heritage can be divided into the implementation path with the government as the main body,the implementation path with the property owner and third-party enterprises as the main body,and the implementation path with the cooperation of multiple entities.This article provides a reference for the value protection and value realization of Jingdezhen’s industrial heritage,and also has certain reference significance for the value protection and development of the same type of industrial heritage in other regions.
