Research On The Evaluation System Of Modern Industrial Architecture Heritage In Qingdao

Industrial architecture heritage are an important part of global cultural heritage and its protection and re-utilization is not only an international subject of sustainable development but also an urgent problem in front of a great number of Chinese industrial cities including Qingdao in the process of renew and development.Then the first premise of the protection and re-utilization of industrial architecture heritage is the full and correct evaluation of their values.The modern industrial architecture heritage is the most characteristic component of the industrial heritage in Qingdao.With the fast development of Qingdao City,it is extremely urgent to evaluate them.At the same time,the efficient method of evaluating industrial architecture heritage is to establish a correct and applicative evaluation system.According to the logical process of raising the question--analysising the question--resolving the problem--drawing a conclusion,this article firstly proposes the necessity,urgency and feasibility of establishing the Evaluation System of Modern Industrial Architecture Heritage in Qingdao and it defines some relative concepts and research boundary.Then it studies the constitution of the value of industrial(architecture)heritage and studies the evaluation criterion of these values as well.It analysis and summarizes not only the producing and developing process of modern industry and modern industrial(architecture)heritage in Qingdao but also the types and features of modern industrial(architecture)heritage in Qingdao.On the base of these research,this article establishes the Evaluation System of Modern Industrial Architecture Heritage in Qingdao and examines it through an practical case.According to the basic process of establishing an evaluation system--theoretical preparation,the first selection of indicators,the examination of the indicator system,practical examination--this article mainly consists of three parts.The first part is theoretical preparation.This article firstly studies the constitution of the value of industrial(architecture)heritage and the evaluation criterion of these values all over of the world,meanwhile it discriminates the relationship between the value of industrial heritage and that of industrial architecture heritage.Then it analysis and summarizes the producing and developing process of modern industry and modern industrial(architecture)heritage in Qingdao.At last it studies the types and features of modern industrial(architecture)heritage in Qingdao.These research formthe 3D theoretical base for the Evaluation System of Modern Industrial Architecture Heritage in Qingdao.The second part is the primary selection of indicators and the examination of the indicator system.Under the condition of the study of the previous theoretical preparation work,this article introduces with innovation the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE)to establish an index system and evaluation measures which specially aims at the buildings in the modern industrial heritage boundaries in Qingdao.Then it examines the structure relationship of the system.The third part is practical examination.This article explains in detail the application of the Evaluation System of Modern Industrial Architecture Heritage in Qingdao.With the example of the sixth textile factory in Qingdao,this article tests the practical applicability of the Evaluation System by the means of selecting five typical buildings for the evaluating calculation.Then basing on the result of this evaluation,it tries to propose suggestion and strategy for the protection and re-utilization of the modern industrial architecture heritage in Qingdao.
