Cultural heritage witnesses the progress of human civilization, and the protection of cultural heritage is an important way to inherit human civilization. In recent years, cultural heritage has received increasing attention from all sectors of society.Heritage corridors are a new trend in the process of heritage protection. The protection of linear cultural heritage such as the "Silk Road" and the "Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal" has become a particular focus of attention. At present,China's research on cultural heritage is relatively lagging behind, and constructing its value evaluation system while exerting its tourism value has become an urgent and important issue for heritage protection.According to statistics, the total length of the Mekong-Lancang River is 4,880 kilometers,of which 2160 kilometers are distributed in China, while the Yunnan section is 1,247 kilometers, accounting for half of China's length. The Mekong-Lancang River not only flows the longest in the Yunnan section, but also has the largest number of cities. The cultural heritage along the Yunnan section of the Mekong-Lancang River is also abundant, but most of them are isolated, and badly damaged, which requires urgent protection.Under the premise of fully analyzing the distribution and value composition of cultural heritage resources in the Yunnan section of the Mekong-Lancang River, conducting a value assessment study and scientifically assessing its value can effectively protect and rationally develop and utilize cultural heritage resources and improve existing individual resource evaluation methods, provide the path and basis of value innovation for the protection and development of cultural heritage. In order to better protect the cultural heritage along the line from the overall perspective, this article introduces the theory of overall protection of resources. The study involves 7 important cities(Xishuangbanna,Baoshan,Dali,Diqing,Lincang,Nujiang and Pu'er)and 53 Cultural heritage(21 national-level cultural heritage resources and 32 provincial-level cultural heritage resources).AHP is used to comprehensively evaluate the heritage resources involved in the area. Finally 31 high-value cultural heritage as the representative resources is selected and the geographical scope is identified.Based on different cultural themes, the cultural heritage is divided into 6 distinctive cultural heritage theme tours, which are respectively “Tea Cultural Routes”,“Religious Cultural Routes”,“Minority Building Groups Cultural Routes”,“Tusi Office Cultural Routes”,"Ancient Bridge Cultural Routes " and "Celebrity Cultural Routes ",and gives the overall collaborative development path through four aspects: jointly creating high-quality tourism products, breaking infrastructure bottlenecks such as transportation, diversified marketing and publicity, and innovating service models..
