Study On The Comprehensive Evaluation Of Xi'an Culture Industry

With the development of economic and the improvement of science , culture industry, as the 21 centuries sunrise industry , become more and more important in national economy. But, as a developing country, we can not exceed the developed countries easily because of their advanced technology and heavy capital. Therefore, we can decrease the gap between us through the method of developing the industry which is suitable for our country. China has long history for 5000 years, although it has abundant culture resource , the development of culture industry is not very well. Also like Xi'an which is Chinese culture ancient city, had been 13 dynasty's capital, owning rich history culture resource .So, it should take this advantage to develop the culture industrial of Xi'an in the order to change the relative laggard situation in economic.This paper mainly talk about the theories of culture industry and culture industry evaluating ,and it also introduce the current situation of Xi An in cultural industry briefly. On this basis, I establish the evaluation index system of cultural industries in Xi'an. The main factors include five main factors, it concluded: total scale of the cultural industries,government investment, the degree of market-oriented, economic benefits, social benefits, 15 sub-indicators factors. In order to evaluating the current situation of cultural industries in Xi'an, I make the weight of main factors and sub-factors through the method of experts points identified , and receive the result of the level of Xi'an cultural industry use the methods of evaluating index system,Multi-level Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation. The result shows that the development of Xi'an cultural industry is not very well. Mainly due to that firstly, economic benefits is not satisfactory, followed by the total scale of cultural industries, and the degree of market-oriented. Therefore, in view of these three indicators, this paper gives the corresponding countermeasures and improvement. The finally result of study play an important guiding role in the development of Xi'an cultural industries.
