Since middle Tang Dynasty ("the Turmoil Caused by AnLushang and ShiShiming"),the centre of ecnomics and culture of the hole nation has being changed to the southeast China.Influenced by this, the cultural structure of HuBei manlifested as the east E(represented by WuHan) has being risen instead of north E(represented by XiangYang),south E(represented by JingZhoug) during which HuangZhou developed quickly and held the cultural upland of the province. The development level of each region of Qing Dynasty poetry of HuBei appeared as a progressively decreasing tend;HuangZhoug poetry presented the highest level of Qing Dynasty of HuBei both in quantity and quality;HuangGang was the main force which gave rise to the prosperety of the poetry of HuangZhou; Both the poetry of HuBei and HuangZhou has expierenced a relative lonesone stage in middle Qing Dynasty. For the most part of the HuangZhoug poets in the early years of the Qing Dynasty poessed rather passionate thinkings of diehard and feelings of anti—Qing Dynasty.
