Research On Conditions And Relationships Of Self-esteem, Time Management Disposition And Life Satisfaction Of University Students In Fuzhou

This study focused on the university students in Fuzhou,and tried to find out the relationship among their self—esteem , time management disposition and life satisfaction.Three questionnaires was used for university students in the study. They are Adolescent Self-esteem Scale, Adolescent Time Management Disposition Scale and College Students Life Satisfaction Scale. The results showed that:There is significant diffrence of university students' self-esteem on different genders,different family location ,different types of student and different majors. There is significant diffrence of university students' time management disposition on different types of student and different majors. There is significant inter-effect between genders and family location on univesity students' life satisfaction,and also is significant difference on different majors. Through the analisis of regression,it shows that:Time efficancy can be a predictor of univesity students' total life satisfaction; All of time efficacy,time monitor and time-worth can be predictors of the total self-esteem;The total life satisfaction and the social general satisfaction had partially intermediation between the time management disposition and life satisfaction.
