Research On Spring And Autumn Confucian Universe System

The article generally researches the Spring and Autumn Confucian theoretical assumption of world politics, that is the Universe System. The full text has been divided into six parts to describe the Spring and Autumn Confucian Universe System. It first defines the concept and scope of the article, then it respectively discourses the basic form, the overall situation, the inner unit and internal movement of the Universe System, the maintenance of diplomacy and military to the Universe System and the realistic form of the Universe System.The definition of concept and scope of the study is very important to the article. The first part of the article tells the distinction between the Interpretive Theory and the Banner Theory and the Confucian universe system is considered as part of the Banner Theory. It also mentions the origin of the Confucianism, the birth of Spring and Autumn Confucian—the source of Confucian, and the status of Confucius in the perspective of Spring and Autumn Confucian and the sanctity of the Universe System. Then it introduces sages of the Spring and Autumn Confucian and the citation of Confucian works in this article.On the second part, the article focuses on basic form of the Universe System, and the universe system is the basic model of the Spring and Autumn Confucian world politics. Then it introduces the concept of the known world and points out that world in different context refer to the known world and the known world is the cognitive and constructing objects of world order. Meanwhile, it illustrates some descriptions of the Spring and Autumn Confucian to the Universe System and analyzes and summarizes the descriptions of the structure. Moreover, it analyzes the overall situation of the Universe System, demonstrates that the Universe System is an infinite expanded giant closed system which covers the entire known world, and is natural expansion of design thinking of Confucian political order in world politics.The third part analyzes the inner units'division within different world political system which leads to a conclusion that the Universe System is composed of the unit of China and the units of other countries. It reveals that cultural differences are the reason to the internal movement of the Universe System. And the unit of China is the center of the internal movement which is the complex of two movements'structure, namely radiation structure and attraction structure.The fourth and fifth parts both explain how to maintain the Universe System. One is diplomatic means and the other is military means. Thus, it expounds Confucian diplomatic and military thoughts and through certain specific behaviors it can accomplish the aim of maintaining the Universe System. In particular, the Confucian military thoughts, just war criteria and the conditions for achieving perpetual peace have not been mentioned before.Finally, the article puts the Universe System in the context of modern world, combines the theory essence of the Universe System with time features in modern world, draws the idea of the New Five-circle System and hopes that it can clarify current complicated international political situation.
