And combining the comparison of two actual books—— and , finds out the teaching rules and the compiling rules of business Chinese, providing the guides for the compilation of new business Chinese books.At first, the thesis makes the concept of business Chinese,teaching of business Chinese and teaching material of business Chinese clear. In addition, makes sure the learners of this course,the language level of learners and the purpose of this course.Then the thesis makes comparison and analysis on the parts of text,grammar,vocabulary,culture and exercise. The compilation of these parts should not only keeps to the compilation fundamentals of the teaching materials of teaching of Chinese as a second language, but also conforms to the peculiarities of business Chinese.In the end, on the base of all the analysis, some assumptions of new business Chinese books are made. In a word, the compilation of business Chinese should in tune with the times and fulfill the demands of teaching and learning.
