| The "Factory Act" which was enacted in 1929 by Nanjing National Government is a very important decree. Based on some effort which other scholars have achieved my thesis firstly collect more historical datum, then make full use of some analytical methods such as comparative history and metric history and also use some knowledge about politics and neo- institutional economics to study its establishment, amendment and implementing.And the transcript consists of the introduction, the straight matter and the supplement. Introduction elaborates why I should choose this subject, and then discusses the significance of "Factory Act", introducing the status in quo of this subject and elucidating conceptions about my thesisChapter one makes a study of the complicated reason how it sets up, establishing course and the main content of the law. At the same time my thesis concludes the characteristics of "Factory Act".Chapter two illuminates the amendment of "Factory Act". It attributes to all the people's endeavor. During the period of its amendment, different people have different response. But the last result benefits to the capitalist. The result is well worth our deep consideration.Chapter three analyzes how "Factory Act" carried out. In order to inspect the factory, National Government prepared actively and acquired some good effect. However, National Government is not completely satisfied with the expected result. There are many factors to restrict "Factory Act" such as the difficulty which the inspection met and its own disadvantages.The author talks his opinion about the relationship between Kuomintang with its government and the capitalist in the supplement. In addition, the writer puts forward some suggestions about the role of "Factory Act" during the period of China modern industrialization."Factory Act" still has its redeeming feature today, and it sets a good example for us to establish decree in this field. |
