Because of the differences of regions and crowds, it makes the two legal systems are implied at different phases and degrees. That how to utilize the two legal systems flexibly is the crux to keep the social orders in LiangShan. It also influences the Yi people's society deeply. The Yi people's traditional regulations hold the current value. It has a close relations with the geological surroundings, the social systems and the culture of Yi society. In their developing process, the Yi people has been making their own social regulations. The features of it has an outstanding position among China's legal culture. As the rules to keep the society stable, the regulations has had constructive value since its beginning. It has deeply effected Yi people's living manners, the point of views in moral and value. The Yi people's traditional regulations was influenced by Yi people's religious. The worship of ancestors is the focus of their beliefs. The worship of ancestors was effected by the Confucianism and the Taoism.. The views of filial duty and respecting gods had mingled in Yi people' mind. The worship of ancestor had rooted in their mind and has been considered the standard of their behaviors and manners and then the Yi people's psychological pattern has been forming. The traditional regulations is still being considered by the Yi people today. It has some religion emotion in it. That is the worship of ancestors. There has been greatly changed in Yi people's society since the Liberation, but the traditional regulations is still widely influencing Liangshan for some specific environmental, economic, historic, and realistically factors. And we can't avoid the fact that the Yi people's traditional regulations has some constructive functions in their society.
