Criminal investigators and police officers are found through a lot of practice, the spatial distribution of crime tend to be concentrated in certain areas in the city, and has a certain regularity. From geography space from visual Angle of criminology research, broaden the content in the research of criminology, make crime crime research began to focus on how the distribution form of internal mechanism, as well as the essential cause of certain types of crime in some areas concentrated, provides a new way of thinking for crime prevention and control. At present, foreign urban crime space research has become a system, its research contents and research methods are relatively mature. Domestic since the 1980 s, crime in the city space research has achieved preliminary results.
