The Interpretation Of The Dialectical Relationship Between Ideology And Culture

The multi-cultural trend under the cultural globalization, promote the phenomenon of cultural pluralism and the dilution and weakening of the mainstream ideology in the ideological and cultural field in our country. And mainly present on the public indifference and distrust on ideological beliefs, and public ideological cognitive psychological diversify and so on. Ideology as the core of culture is not only the social dominant value controlled by the ruling class, but also the important root which caused cultural differences. How to stick to the mainstream ideology under the impact of multi-cultural situation; How to effectively deploy the mechanisms of mainsteam ideology by the cultural cohesion and cultural affinity; How to deploy the ideological guiding function to build the harmonious cultural environment and cultural ecology under the multi-cultural trend; all need to in-depth grasp of internal tension and relationship between ideology and culture.This paper use the comparison analysis method, under the guidance of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, through the concept of "culture" and "ideology" as the entry point, attempt to make a systematic clarification and research about the dialectical relationship between the two concepts. Firstly, on the theoretical basis of Marxist classics and Western Marxist scholars about the relationship between ideology and culture, this paper sort out the logic philosophy that the Marxist classics and Western Marxist scholars combine the reality of their social situation and highlight the function of culture and ideology. Secondly, base on the previous theory, under the multi-dimensional perspective, the paper try to analyze the similarities, the differences and the interactions between the two concepts, in order to better integrate the complementary space between them on the aspects of features, functions and so on, so as to build the theoretical foundation for better play the combined advantages between ideology and culture. Finally, the paper illustrate the theoretical and practical significance of the research between ideology and culture on the aspects of the ideology insisting the dominant power in cultural field, building the harmonious environment and cultural ecology and maintaining political harmony and so on.
