Study On The Construction And Management Of University Students' Mental File Index System

The purpose of this study is to clarify the contents of university students'mental files and manage them effectively.Mental files are an important means of assessing university students'mental health. The established procedures include clarifying the contents of university students'mental files, choosing mental scales, managing them effectively, stages and methods.The conclusions of this study are:The contents of university students'mental files include two points. The first one is the basic information which affects the university students'mental development. It mainly includes general information, health, family, learning, interpersonal relationships, occupational interests and major incidents of social life. The Second one is the information that reflects the university students'mental health and psychological characteristics. It mainly includes the results of psychological tests, counseling records, comprehensive materials which assess mental health, statistical date and earlier warning information. The information is collected mainly by psychological members, counselors, professional psychological teachers and other related people.For sixty-seven national universities, we carry out a survey on how to choose mental scales, grasp the overall situation accurately, and put forward a method of UPI and Chinese Mental Health Questionnaire used in conjunction, and take them as the main contents of university students'mental file index system, and analyze the relationship between these two kinds of scale deeply.In the process of management, we clarify classification of the information, authority distribution, analysis and integration, and formed a "human - machine" interactive feedback mechanism.Through comprehensive analysis, the study puts forward six procedures of establishing university students'mental files, preparation, measuring, processing the data, intervention, feedback, filing archive. At the same time, the study puts forward the specific procedures and methods which are used in Tianjin University.
